Fairy tale treasure hunt Outdoor Dorrepaal Estate (parent and child)
Notice! This is a parent-child activity. This means that the children bring their own supervision and perform this activity with their own guidance.
On Wednesday, July 23 and Thursday, July 24, Angelique Schipper of Talentenloods is organizing her new Fairy Tale Scavenger Hunt at Buitengoed Dorrepaal. The activity - thanks to CultuurKans - is free and everyone is welcome. The scavenger hunt is suitable for children and their (grand)parents or supervisors.
Between 11 a.m. and 4 p.m., Angelique (by the bike shed/cashier) will be on hand as Fairy Tale Princess to hand out and review the scavenger hunt. Will you come dressed up too? Angelique will bring extra costume clothes that you may borrow. Of course, participants will receive a reward afterwards.
The Fairy Tale Quest is based on her sustainable Fairy Tale book 'The Queen's New Clothes'. Previously, this book led to a Barbie exhibition: barbies dressed with trash, on display at Museon-Omniversum through the summer vacations.
In addition to the Fairy Tale Trail, you can also enjoy the children's playground with a gnome trail and an animal pasture with goats and sheep at Buitengoed Dorrepaal. Near the playground is a cozy tea garden.
For a fee, you can pick delicious fruit at Dorrepaal and there are plants for sale.
Located on the Vliet River, Buitengoed Dorrepaal is a historic heritage site. Will you come too?
